- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Absolute rubbish, no customer service. Bought my 14 year old daughter a school skirt for September start, 19th September zip broke she had to wear the skirt to school as no back up, went to slaters to buy a new one this morning and return the broken one at a later date. But NO sorry zips arent under their returns policy " we dont k is what shes been doing with it?" What ?! Shes 14 what do they think shes been doing with it zipping it up and unzipping it! Refused to even look at it ..... fuming how ridiculous!!!!? Two skirts in 3 weeks come in!!! £15.99 each time. Wont go there again.By Admin, February 26, 2018
