  Extremely poor!!!! I purchased some jeans for my partner for his birthday at a cost of £119.00, Xmas gift receipt was provided. They didnt fit him although this was his usual size, so I asked could I change for another size, they did not have any in his size in fact stock appeared very low on all items in the shop. As I was unable to change the jeans and they have a policy of no refunds I requested a gift card to give my partner so he could purchase something himself at his own leisure. I thought this would be an acceptable request considering I had spent £119.00 in this store on one item. This was refused and I was provided with a receipt credit note, and was advised dont lose it. My frustration is I feel this is a way they make money, give someone a credit note on. Receipt in the hope they lose it, throw it or wash it. Very clever Hurley, however I can confirm that not only will I everpurchSw from your store again, I will also promote this on social media to warn others of your refusal to give someone a gift card as you dont think your customers are worth giving a 50p card instead of a paper receipt. I have also contacted trading standards as I feel you are deceiving your customers for your own financial gain. I hope others choose to shop elsewhere, lets face it you dont sell items thT cant be purchased elsewhere.
